We politely advise that all guests kindly respect, and judiciously follow the following company policies, and guidelines so as not to create strained guest relationships, and fines.

The following are the rules and regulations that every guest must adhere to so as to better our service and allow us to continue to serve you in the best way;

• Smoking of illegal substances, VIOLATION- caution fee will be fortified.

• Smoking in the apartment, VIOLATION- N25,000
• Littering the apartment, VIOLATION N15,000
• Splashing on the wall, VIOLATION N10,000
• Throwing up or vomiting, VIOLATION N10,000
• Misplaced or lost key, VIOLATION N10,000
• DSTV disconnection, VIOLATION N7,000
• Damages or loss of intercom chargers, VIOLATION N5,000
• Caution fee must be settled before or on arrival, and caution fee is refundable within 48hrs
• Check-in time is set at 2:30pm while check-out is by 12 noon
• A 24 hour notice should be given for renewal
• Pool closes by 10:30pm, for the safety of guests
• Cancellation 7 days or more days prior to booking start date, get a full refund, while cancellation less than 7 days, gets 50% refund.
• No cancellation till booking state date, no refund
